Cartesian Solutions, Inc.™ “Services” utilize the expertise of Cartesian Solutions, Inc.™ consultants as they help guide clients in uncovering and then implementing solutions for issues of concern. Most Services involve working with client leadership and staff in gathering data about the client’s operations and constituent experience, analyzing their data, and formulating a summary of the current state of the client’s operation. [“Analyses” and “Assessments” can also be purchased as independent “Products” without interpretation or recommendations by Cartesian Solutions, Inc.™ ] Services consultants then:
- Vet the analyzed information with client leadership;
- Draft prioritized recommendations on practical steps to solve the client’s issues of concern;
- Obtain leadership responses and suggestions about the draft; and finally
- Submit a completed report, which is presented to client leadership followed by questions and answers.
Many clients choose to include an implementation component in the consultation agreement, especially as part of Service #4. This allows Cartesian Solutions, Inc.™ experts to remain involved during the deployment process. It assists with day-to-day operational decisions that can be the difference between implementation success and failure.
“Services” differ from “Products” in that they involve delivery of concrete Cartesian Solutions, Inc.™ expert assistance in solving client problems. Products provide clients: 1) with a data report, based on an organization’s actual current state or 2) with training in integrated case management.
